Bought tickets, informed that tickets would arrive in the week prior to the gig. In that week received an email to say that I had to sign in.
Website however did not recognise the email address it had just sent the tickets to! Gig coming up this Saturday so still don’t know if we will be able to attend. Really poor!
Have spent 2 hours already trying to obtain tickets without success!
What a waste of time and money.
