NO Customer Service
I booked tickets on 16th April 2021 to see Harry Potter on 21st July 2021 after my daughter's GCSE exams. The show was cancelled shortly afterwards and SEE tickets sent me a refund with no option to rebook instead. They said at the time of refund that I would be sent a priority booking email when bookings for the show were open again. However, they did not send any email until several weeks after rebookings commenced and it was not a priority booking link just a normal link. I was therefore unable to get similar seats at a similar price and availability was already poor despite the fact I realised booking had reopened long before SEE contacted me. I sent two emails to SEE on the 29/8/21 and on 4/7/21 and received no reply to either. The phone number is a very expensive premium rate number and therefore not financially worth calling. I am very disappointed with the poor customer service and have used a different booking agent to rebook my Harry Potter tickets.
