Bought tickets for Xmas at Bedgebury in March 2021 with refund protection. A family member was unable to attend after unfortunately being diagnosed with cancer in August (event was in December). I submitted an application for a refund with medical evidence NINE WEEKS ago and I’m still waiting. Emails go unanswered, no telephone number available. Bedgebury customer service are now chasing this with See Tickets too and getting nowhere. I will avoid ST in the future, absolutely horrendous customer service.
