I bought tickets for Kew Gardens but never received the email with verification so I had no proof of payment. Asked for a resend but got nothing. Checked junk folders but still nothing. They charged my bank but I had to purchase tickets AGAIN at the gate. £44 lost. Impossible to communicate directly with this company.
