If a negative number were available, I'd have chosen that! There is no help from website customer support and no recourse unless you look up the company. The event I bought tickets for was not listed in the help list. The tickets did not show up for print or mobile. My order number was not validated for "look-up." My account name was simultaneously not recognized and recognized, with neither option allowing a password reset. My email was deemed invalid. My question was not listed under "helpful articles" and there was no option to ask it. "Customer support" was circular. I tried email to no avail. There was more, but I've OD'd on frustration. The one positive I can say is that when I dug for a telephone number, my call was answered, and the young man who answered sent me the tickets, and did so with patience. This company has work to do. I gave a high rating for customer service I received, but the rating does not apply to customer service in general. In fact, customer service was a major source of my wished-for negative rating.
