See Tickets should be prevented from trading. Their customer service is a joke. I bought early release tickets for Love Supreme and accidently bought too many tickets - due to their difficult to understand website and promts for me to buy tickets I did not need.
See Tickets responded to my request for refund BUT REFUNDED WRONG TICKETS!. I recontected, they assurred me I had the correct tickets. Now with 1-week to go, it appears not, PLUS THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE ME PURCHASE MORE TICKETS< WHICH NOW COST EVER MORE.
