Shambolic brought tickets to a tribute with insurance but due to a bereavement could not attend no phone numbers to ring when I did get on website a copy of death certificate wanted how could I possibly ask for that then 24hrs before my wife took ill but the site would not accept a copy of the doctors note once again nobody to speak to
