I purchased tickets to an event for New Year's Eve. Along with the ticket protection. The day before New Year's I had fell and hurt my knee. Drew blood had a big scab. It was painful to walk.
So I'm thinking great..So glad I purchased the ticket protection. When I go to try to get refunded they want you to jump through all kinds of hoops and spend more money going to a doctor. Then you paid for the tickets. Offer to send them a photo of my wounded knee. That wasn't good enough. Ticket protection with this company is a scam.. they have no intention of returning your money unless you jump through a ton of hoops. It's not worth paying for the protection.
