Bought tickets to see a band in Manchester . We purchased them last year and have since moved house.
Previous tickets were delivered by Royal Mail and were forwarded to our new address. The Manchester tickets were delivered by courier for some reason and went to the old address.
See Tickets refuse to re-isssue these tickets and say that if the if I cannot produce the physical tickets we cannot attend the gig. The kids are distraught at missing out on their favourite band and of course wasting £150 plus massive booking fees
