A shame I cannot put 0 stars.
During Covid-19 pandemic no communication. Have to keep contact them about a cancelled event, which almost 2 months before I have not being refunded yet for. They even made me return the tickets to come one month after and say there was no need to return!
They keep saying I'll be refunded in 28 days but we are past beyond that and nothing.
They have no shame.
