Still waiting for a refund for tickets purchased (with insurance) concert in London early June.
I’ve tried every which means to get in touch to request the refund, as my reference number and details are not being recognised by their website!!!
Can’t log in mysteriously, there is no human to speak to, email, Twitter and website don’t get answered or replied to.
