Ordered some shoes for express delivery took 4 days to arrive. Returned shoes only got a refund for shoes and no delivery costs. Saying they don’t refund original delivery costs. Consumer Regulations say must refund at least the basic delivery cost.
Wonder how many people they con out of this!
