The Oxford store at Templars Square still has it's fitting rooms CLOSED so that you can't try items on before buying. And they say it's due to covid!?! AT THE SAME SHOPPING CENTRE ALL OTHER SHOPS HAVE THEIR FITTING ROOMS OPEN, AND EVEN TOILETS ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC! All it is it's to make people take the items home, take the money and keep it. Is it even legal? Their return policy is 14 days But! only for an exchange or a credit note, NOT money back. I bought a few items and tried them at home, they did not fit and they didn't have sizes above 12 in the store. So I could not do an exchange! And I don't want any other items. So I was left with the credit to use on items I don't want. NOBODY MENTIONED TO ME I WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO GET A REFUND! IS THAT EVEN LEGAL? I was told in the store, upon returning unwanted clothes (and after the money was taken from my account) that the policy is described on the receipt! As a consumer I have a right to know that I won't be able to get my monies back BEFORE I PAY! Not after I've paid. Bad experience. I will not be buying from them ever again nor recommending to anyone. Bad practices, disrespectful towards customers.
