Bought a faulty item over 2 months ago. When I returned it to store was told it had to be sent away and would receive refund within 14 days.
Have had no response or money back despite 3 emails sent to follow up, phone calls ignored and a letter sent recorded delivery.
Absolutely disgusting....I don't see how they are allowed to operate like this especially as a store on the high street!
Have reported to Trading Standards.
