I’ve waited for my parcel for over a month, they said on the 17 of August they would contact Hermes and sort this out, I’m still waiting I’ve phoned twice to be told it’s being sorted. Still nothing, I will not be using again as I’ve not had a refund or anything sent out or even any contact from them since. I’ve proved via Hermes parcel tracker it never got to me so what’s the problem.
