I was a bit wary of this company which I saw online, but it seemed to have good feedback elsewhere and the exchange rates were much better than I could achieve in the high street. So off I sent my 120,000 yen on the Friday and by the next Wednesday - the £'s were in my bank account. Plus the refunded postage.
Can't speak highly enough of them - quick and a great exchange rate. All time you can track the transaction online as well eg has the money been received and has the cash been paid into your bank account or by cheque.
