I have never used online currency buy backs before always being old school and taking them back to the exchange agent I bought them from. This time as the rate was so much better I did and I would never go back to the old system. Very easy system and also excellent communications. My transactions were over the Christmas and New Year so got held up with bank holidays with the post office not delivering on the dates but no problem in fact it worked in my favour if you don't need the cash quickly then definitely worth using this company
