This is the first time I have used SUYC and so I approached with considerable apprehension but I need not have worried. I had some spare euros and US dollars which I wanted to sell and SUYC was not only the best rate of exchange I could find but they also locked the rate I was quoted. Thereafter everything went as advertised. I emailed and requested BACS payment and was advised both currencies could go in the same envelope which arrived next morning. I posted it that afternoon and over the next 24 hours received an email at every stage telling me that my currency had been received, checked as correct, and paid into my bank together with the refund of postage as the sterling value of both currencies added together exceeded £400. BACS took 2 working days so within 4 days of starting the process I had sold my currency with very little fuss at a good rate. An exceptional service I don't hesitate to recommend.
