I had 1000 euros, made up of two 500 euro notes, which many companies/banks/travel agents etc will not take. I contacted sell us your currency by phone first to ask the question and they immediately said this was not a problem. I registered on the Friday afternoon, and my special delivery envelope arrived on Saturday morning. I took this to the post office on Tuesday at 4,30pm. On Wednesday morning I was emailed to say it had arrived. I received a further 2 emails to inform me at what stage the process was at, and received my cheque, with my postage costs also added on Thursday morning. AMAZING!!.......An outstanding service. I will never use any other company again.
