Was quoted a good rate (better than local banks, PO or M&S) Agreed the trade and received the pre-paid envelope the following day. Sent the currency via tracking as per instructions. Received a cheque for the agreed amount, plus postage, the following day. So, 3 days for the entire transaction, start to finish.
Very happy with the overall process, and will definitely use SUYC again in future.
