Wish I’d read the reviews before sending my iPhone 11 off. Used Music Magpie before & they were great. Wish I’d gone to them again. These gave a better price. NEVER AGAIN. I had a message saying they’d received it last week & that I would hear from them again within 24 hours. Still waiting despite several emails asking for my phone back. I have a feeling that I won’t hear from them & they have stolen my phone. I’m pretty miffed. The fact that they have no way of contact other than email should have been a flag. Messenger gives a you response saying not available. DO NOT SEND YOUR PHONE OFF TO THIS COMPANY.
