Mostly great service in the past, but over Easter their delivery person couldn't make my mum hear to drop off flowers, so they took them to the POST OFFICE for 4 days until re-delivery the following Tuesday. Need better delivery people if they're going to do that. Did sort in the end and resend flowers, but seriously, it was a stupid mistake. Cautious about using again.
