The flowers were fine...in good condition. However the delivery was 2/3 days later than asked for and agreed. It was a few weeks ago, but the delivery was at least 2 days, possibly 3 days too late.had it been a birthday gift, this was potentially quite serious. As it happens, it was a "thank you" gift so not quite so critical
