Good question? I have already emailed my complaint to you but heard nothing.
The flowers received by one of my recipients fell well below the standard expected. Several of the flowers which should have been included were not and neither were they replaced with anything of a similar nature. The bouquet came nowhere near the description an photograph on your website. I have bought flowers from you for many years and feel very let down.
