Selecting flowers on the website is a very easy process, however, the process for completing the recipient's details and the billing person's details is very confusing. To be sure I had got it right, (The flowers were going to a 104 year old friend), I phoned your customer service department. The lady I spoke to was extremely courteous, helpful and reassuring.
