I have used this company many times. I live in Canada and send flowers for birthdays, anniversaries etc to my family in the UK. They arrive fresh, very attractive arrangements and on time. One time there was an issue with the delivery outside of their control and they rectified immediately. I would continue to use this company over and over as I have done for many years. 10 pot of 10.
