I live in Australia and have been sending flowers to my mother in the UK, and occasionally other friends or family members, for many years through you. Apart from a couple of times when they have not lasted more than a couple of days, or arrived not looking at their best, usually my mother has been pleased with them. She is now in a home and has Alzheimer's but i still send them and i haven't heard from my sister that the latest bunch were not good, so am assuming they were.
