The final bunch of flowers delivered was fine but the process of ordering it was dreadful. The recipient has a long house name (no number) which is in a lane also with a long name. There simply wasn't enough space to put it all in. The postcode was not going to be enough as it is a very large postcode area. First time round, I made a mistake and had to start the start the order again from the beginning!
It's a pity, too, that you don't accept PayPal.
