I have used Sendabunch for many years and have always been pleased with their service and selection. I plan ahead and order flowers at least two weeks before delivery date. It is annoying, therefore, to receive offers of 10% and 20% discounts just days before my requested delivery date (long after I've placed my orders). Not only does this encourage me to wait and run the risk of the delivery not being made on time due to excessive volume, but also it does not reward me for being a regular customer.
