I have used Sendabunch for 30-40 years (just after they started) and have always been impressed and delighted with this service. The only reason I didn't give maximum is that the recent format has been confusing and I found myself with a typing error that I tried to resolve and ended up with Quantity "3" of my order and couldn't find my way out!!! Leaving the order until the next day and starting again worked O.K.
