On 11 May, I ordered some flowers for my mother whose birthday was approaching, with a delivery date of 16 May, but these were not delivered as requested. I therefore emailed Sendabunch on 18 May to complain and this was very promptly and professionally dealt with by Jason (surname unknown), who arranged for a second order to be despatched, with an apology, by first class post on 21 May. I then learned from my mother that the original order eventually arrived on 18 May. It now looks as if she will receive two bunches of flowers, so this will come as an unexpected bonus.
In summary, whilst there was disappointment that my original order did not arrive on time, Jason's prompt actions ensured a happy outcome, for which I am most grateful.
