I have used your company several times and have always been happy with the service. HOWEVER I was not very impressed to hear from my mother who received the flowers that she found them in her downstairs bathroom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The delivery person must have been unable to make my mother hear him knocking and proceeded to open the front door and put the flowers on the bathroom floor. Perhaps in future you may include the recipient's phone number so the delivery man could call to let her know she has a caller. She is newly living alone and if she had found him indoors she would have been dreadfully upset. She is 85. Lovely flowers and chocolate, bad delivery.
