This is the third time this year I have ordered from you and never been totally saitisfied with the quality of flowers. Either late or flowers are not what I expect.
Yesterday was my neighbours 90th birthday a vey special time in anybody's life.
I know with Christmas, deliveries must be difficult, but I ordered these flowers in good time to account for that and they didn't arrive until today.
Also, I didnt like the look of them, so unfortunately won't be ordering from you again.
I do however wish you continued success.
