The product is good. The web experience is still lacking. Default billing and shipping addresses are recorded for my account yet are difficult to use. I ship to the same address each time by rely on my browser to complete the fields. I get the impression that default billing may have helped a little. It would be really nice to be able to just choose a recorded recipient and auto-fill the required fields.
