i have used Sendabunch on previous occassions and things have gone fine. this time i used the online service and because of the rather strange address the flowers did not arrive. within 10 mins of my email they had sorted it out , apologised adn re-sent the flowers which have arrived. you never truly know how good a company is until there is a problem and I AM EXTREMELY PLEASED at the way and the speed at which the customer service department deallt with things. I WILL CERTAINLY BE USING THWM AGAIN.
