Overall the flowers are always good and last a really long time. The website isn't as user-friendly as it could be however. When I got to the point where I could read back what I'd written I saw a small mistake and couldn't find a way to make a correction except by going back. When I did this everything was deleted and I had to start again. This happened twice, and by the time I got it right I was too late to send flowers for Christmas without paying an extra £8 for express delivery. I didn't want to do that but there was no option of sending it without the £8 to arrive whenever it did, which anyway would be in time for New Year. I gave up and phoned instead, and then I had to be given another number. So to sum up, the flowers are good but the website could do better.
