I ordered flowers to be sent to my family on Dec 31st. A week later I checked to see if they liked them.They had not arrived!! I rang you and was told that another bunch would be sent. This did happen when promised and they are very nice.
I suggest that if the recipient is not at home the flowers should be left with a neighbour
or iin the porch of the house.
