The flowers failed to be delivered, emails to and from failed to resolve the issue. In the end I gave the details to my mum as the emails were taking to long, she called as I live in new Zealand this was difficult with the time difference for me to do. it has taken weeks to get a refund but was happy to see as a way of an apology sendabunch sent my mum flowers anyway even if it was a month after her birthday.
