The on-line purchasing process was easy to follow. However, I asked for delivery on 3 March (birthday on 4 March) and the actual delivery was on 28 February, which I thought was too far in advance of the requested date. I do understand that delivery is not guaranteed, but one day either side seems to be the norm. This will not prevent me from using the service again.
