I ordered roses for my wife's birthday,they arrived 2 days before the arranged day.
The very next day half the heads were dropping,I contacted customer service's who sent
different flowers that arrived in good time.This process spoilt the surprise and the new
bunch didn't last a week.
I have used this company before and the recipients said they were very pleased,but now
I wonder.
