To many involved in a simple procedure, I booked a pallet at £12 to be delivered to be loaded before collection, the second party courier came to collect the pallet, so they dropped off a broken pallet which was not the size I paid and ordered. I don't blame the carrier as it seems that who you pay farm it out down the line and it all get lost along the way.
So they did return the £12 to me which I am grateful, but I will not use them again, as I will us a local firm.
