Hi,
I never received any advance phone call or email advising when my item was to be delivered.
I got a call when the local transport company (Glendale) was outside the front door. He was good enough to return 30 min later giving me enough time to return home.
Glendale's part was great but Sendapallet was poor- i even received this email before my delivery or advice
