Payed for am delivery but pallet didnt turn up till the afternoon. Bit unfortunate but it did have to come from a long way away and problems do arise with traffic holdups etc. so not too bothered as it did turn up all safe and sound. When i called customer service i spoke with sarah and she was more than helpful and phoned round to find the pallet for me and called me back when she said she would...all credit to her. Had another pallet arrive which was over a day earlier than expected so evened itself out. Overall completely satisfied with the service and customer care thankyou
