Called the day I booked before booking to check the service I required was available, after booking I called to confirm it was still being collected the next day as it hadn't given me that date as an option. Spoke to someone who confirmed and even said if I called back after 10am the following day shed see if she could give me any time estimate. Called the following day, spoke to lady called Lisa who seemed to lack any empathy, spoke to me as if i had made up the whole thing. Basically pallet was not even set for collection until the following week. Complete waste of my time! Staff clearly don't know what they are talking about, mixed messages and then rude staff who won't do anything to rectify situation
