Good value for money, very quick collection and delivery, however,some of the sub contracted haulage companies (John T Evans/Palletways in particular) will only send out an 18 ton lorry, access to my property is limited to 7.5 ton lorries but despite writing this in the special instructions box , I end up having to transport my palleted goods 2 miles to a local industrial estate where they can then be loaded onto the 18 ton lorry. Luckily most of the pallets I send or get delivered weigh less than 100 kg but if you have a very heavy pallet then I don't know how you would manage.
