Supplied a tracking number but no tracking information supplied throughout. From when the pallet was collected to getting a phonecall from my customer to thank me for my product, I was not kept updated atall. Why supply a tracking number if you cannot inform me of my pallet's status?
Atleast the contracted haulage company was very polite and professional.
