i rang at 4.50pm on the day of collection to find out why my pallet had not been collected and they could not find my paperwork to begin with, when the driver did come out he could not load the pallet and called for another lorry which came out and did not take the pallet but only damaged the packaging on the pallet and left it behind on site and we have not been told anything about it nor have we had a phone call to explain why.
very disappointing as i was looking forward to using a local firm again in the near future.
