Firstly, the collection of the item didn't take place on the day it should. When we enquired why, we were told it was because the postcode had been typed incorrectly, with a hyphen and a space so it had been rejected because they didn't recognise it! No one contacted us regarding this, so if we hadn't phoned, they would just ignore it! Surely with technology as it is today, they could have set up a better system for it to default back to us to re check?? Phoned customer services, very happy with their helpfulness, sorted it for next day collection! Item arrived with us with a damaged on/off switch, driver not interested, so we've replaced ourselves to save any bother....don't think we'd use again!!
