Initially tried to use the pallet hub site as usual, this promised next day delivery as usual, the payment did not work so I phoned and was told to use the sendaparcel site. The telephone operator told me he has seen the job come through and that the payment had not worked but had no intention of calling me to tell me it had not worked so the parcel would not be collected. I then went on the send a parcel site, I went through the very long winded booking form (which does not have any automated help or a clone previous package option) to be told I have to pay by paypal. As I do not have a company paypal account I phoned again, I was told that what I had just experienced is not possible. I was then told to email all the info and you would phone me for card payment, what I actually did was to go through the sendaparcel site again to prove to myself it did not give me the credit card option, again I just gave me th paypal option, I ended up paying from my personal account. The sendaparcel site also charged me the same for 2 day delivery as pallethub charges me for next day. After the recent issues where I have been here up to 7.30 pm waiting for collection I am not very impressed, I hope you take the time to respond to this as I feel it needs resolving.
