Delivery was supposed to arrive on Thursday. Having waited in all day, I phoned at 4pm to check if it was coming and was assured it would arrive before 5pm. I phoned again at 5:15pm and was told it wouldn't be arriving until the following morning. I repeated at this stage the instructions that the drivers had to phone me when they arrived, as it is not at all clear where to access the workshop. The following morning, again having waited in, I called at noon and was informed it had been left somewhere 2 hours earlier. I'm disappointed the drivers ignored the instructions and left it with someone who was not responsible for receiving it, but also that no one bothered to keep me informed about how long it was delayed or when it was delivered.
